GtkTextView cannot be focused when inside an activatable GtkListBoxRow

See the attached reproducer. Appearently GtkTextView propagates the button events by default when it shouldn't?

I'm not sure if that's the intended behavior, since it's workaroundable, or if it's a real issue.
