Description
Created attachment 345164 calendar menu button issue (video)
When the menu button is shown partially, clicking the menu button freezes gnome-calendar window.
How to reproduce:
- Open gnome-calendar -> Application menu -> Calendars...
- Scroll enough so that the 'Add' button is shown only partially.
- Now click on 'Add' button aside to the Calendars title
Result: The Menu dropdown is not shown. The window is stuck doing nothing. And the following is spammed to terminal window:
(gnome-calendar:21434): Gtk-CRITICAL **: _gtk_widget_captured_event: assertion 'WIDGET_REALIZED_FOR_EVENT (widget, event)' failed
The above is spammed only if this is done on a freshly opened gnome-calendar, and when the 'Add' button menu wasn't shown previously.
This also happens in nautilus (the menu is not shown, but it doesn't freeze the window), so this can be an issue in gtk+.
I'm on X11 if that matters. Please see the attached screencast.
Thanks.
