GTK 4.16.1: ngl produces white windows on intel iGPU HD 4000

There is an issue on an older laptop with an Intel HD 4000 iGPU and an AMD Radeon HD 7600m GPU. In the default configuration with the iGPU enabled, GTK 4.16.1 only renders white areas when using the NGL backend. The same problem occurs with the Vulkan backend. However, everything works fine with the GL and Cairo backends. If I disable the iGPU, the output is correct for NGL.
