ngl: Apps are displaying glitchy on VirtualBox

When open GTK 4 applications that have using the new NGL renderer on VirtualBox, they're displaying glitchy.

• GTK 4.14.1
• Fedora Rawhide
• VirtualBox 7.0.14

Additional information

Note that only default GTK 4 apps with NGL renderer are not displayed correctly

I also tested some apps from Flathub that are using the org.gnome.Platform 45 with the old GL renderer:

They are displayed correctly
