Wrong focus on menu

Description

There has for many years been a problem with popup menu on mac.

When you rightclick on, ex. a treeview and popup a menu. Sometimes you can't select an item. You have to move the mouse out of the menu and back in, then you can select.

I also see this issue with popovers. I have a GtkEntry with a icon. When clicking the icon a popover with a GtkCalendar is shown. Normally you should be able to click on the GtkEntry icon again (or the dialog box the entry is in) and the popover should disappear, but that is not happening. You have to move the mouse out of the dialog or over the calendar and then back to the dialog/entry and you are able to make it disappear.

This is not happening on Mac and Windows.

Version: 3.20.x
