Helvetica font on macOS instead of system font

Steps to reproduce

On macOS, the font used is not the system font but the Helvetica font.

This can be reproduced in any GTK application, such as Inkscape.

1. Download Inkscape
2. Open Inkscape
3. Observe the incorrect font

Current behavior

Helvetica font is used.

Expected outcome

System (San Francisco) font is used.
