Tooltips are stretched

By using bisect I found that 75bea01a introduced this bug.

Steps to reproduce

1. In gtk4-demo open Builder
2. Iterate over the icons and hover on them

Current behavior

Changing tooltips will make them stretched

Expected outcome

They will not get stretched
