Lock up when using a dropdown in a popover

How to reproduce

1. Click on the lock icon ("status and permissions" menu).
2. Change any permission using the combo box (clicking on the combo box and back on the menu does the same).

The menu will be locked open and clicking outside it wont close it.

To unlock it you have to click on the combo box and then outside the menu.

Clicking on another window or on the Shell also unlocks it.
