FileChooser: New Folder shortcut

Greetings,

it would be quite helpful if the file chooser would support the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + N for new folder, instead of only allowing to create a new folder via the button in the top left. When implemented, the tooltip of the button may show the shortcut to inform the user of it. There would be no additional art needed
