Can not copy/paste text between gnome-text-editor and eclipse

I'm using version 43.0. Copy/pasting text between the text-editor and Eclipse does not work. There is no issue copying/pasing between Eclipse and gedit. I also can transfer text from Eclipse to gedit, and from gedit to text-editor. I think text-editor does not the clipboard-format Eclipse is writing into.
