Clicking the "Save" button doesn't actually download the file

Steps to reproduce

  1. mkdir -p ~/Downloads/TestDownload/Sub.
  2. Open Google Chrome and find a file to download.
  3. Download that file.
  4. When the Save Dialog appear, open "Downloads/TestDownload/Sub" by clicking.
  5. Click the "Save" button.

Current behavior

Nothing is downloaded.

Expected outcome

The file is downloaded to ~/Downloads/TestDownload/Sub.
