GTK5: Consider stop translating property nicks/blurbs

From the overall amount of strings in d-l the 1390 strings for object properties in GTK 4 might not be super relevant. However, I think it would be fair to avoid translation work if translations are never used.

Considering that libadwaita does not even have them translatable and I don't know of any app that uses the translations, maybe it should be considered removing them for GTK 5? I think they are quite hard to translate out of context anyway and I'm not even sure how useful the translations would be if anyone uses them.

@chergert you would probably be the person that is most likely to use them (in Drafting)?
