'Save as' Dialog not showing on Chrome and Telegram

Using xdg-desktop-portal-gnome v42.0.1 when trying to saving a file in Chrome (stable) and Telegram Desktop (stable) with 'Save As...' option, gnome shell blinks for a second and the Save As dialog won't shows up. Working fine for Upload dialog on both apps. Flathub version of Telegram and Chrome (Unstable) shows same behavior. Also, 'Save As' dialog works fine under X 11.

Downgrading to xdg-desktop-portal-gnome 41.1 works as a workaround.
