GtkEntryCompletion matcher function always uses lowercase folded entry strings

Description
GtkEntryCompletion, when the completion minimum is 1 (i.e. matching starts as soon as one key is hit), where the liststore contains uppercase strings, will not EVER match those strings.
A custom matcher function will not work; the entry string (consisting of one letter, see above) is folded to lowercase BEFORE it even reaches your custom matcher function (that's the bug right there probably).
Consequence (example): In a list of these words: "kool, Variety, zebra", when entering a 'V' or a 'v' (surprise!), 'Variety' will erroneously NOT be 'found' (i.e. matched).
