GTK3: gtkmenubutton - icon sizing is not supported

gtk-menu-button-icon-size

Refer to the 2 buttons in right of header bar. Both have size GTK_ICON_SIZE_LARGE_TOOLBAR.

First one is GtkButton with proper alignment and boxing to support various icon sizes.

Second one is GtkMenuButton, which uses its own image, not the GtkButton's image.
