Menus and popovers don't close when clicking on other windows

Steps to reproduce

1. Start gtk4-widget-factory, open any menu/popover
2. Click any window other than the widget factory

Current behavior

Menu stays open and eats all mouse events until closed by clicking anywhere in gtk4-widget-factory

Expected outcome

Menu should close when clicking on any other window
