GtkFileChooserButton in SELECT_FOLDER mode should ignore the scrollwheel on the combo box

Description
Please describe the problem: GtkFileChooserButton has errors and spews warning when you use the scroll wheel on it. Errors include but may not be limited to:
- Gtk-WARNING **: idle activate multiple times without clearing the folder object first.
- Gtk: gtk_tree_model_get_iter: assertion `path != NULL' failed
Steps to reproduce:
- create a GtkFileChooserButton
- hover the mouse over it
- scroll up and down a lot (I'm pretty sure it triggers when you scroll down to the "browse" entry, and then scroll back up before the file chooser has had a chance to pop up properly, but have not verified that as the exact trigger)
Actual results: warnings and asserts spewed to console
Expected results: these warnings and asserts are not tripped
Does this happen every time? no, but is easy to reproduce
Other information: Note that I'm not using a super-recent version. I was able to reproduce with a really simple program that just had a GtkWindow with a GtkFileChooserButton in it.
Version: 3.22.x
