Inconsistent Behavior for Conflicting Mnemonics: Cannot always cycle
I rely on menu mnemonics when I work, and for years I've been slowed down by various "Confirm" "OK" or "Accept" buttons having mnemonics which conflict with other menu items.
Example 1 - Firefox Network Menu
Example 2 - Inkscape Extension Menu
In both cases, the second item is inaccessible via mnemonic. I would expect the focus to toggle between the two if I repeat the mnemonic.
Interestingly, xfce4-terminal and syncthing-gtk seem to get this right and conflicting mnemonics are cycleable.
I saw this topic on the Discourse. Mnemonic conflicts are present in many more mainstream applications than the three I mentioned, so it seems like there should be some graceful default behavior when conflicts occur.
