HighContrast: the contrast of unselected tabs is worse with the new theme based on Adwaita

Hello,

Environment:

  • Debian Testing with GTK 3.24.18

The tabs contrast was improved with !928 (merged).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the Orca preferences or any GTK application with "normal" tabs

Result with GTK 3.24.5: HighContrast_3.24.5_tab_contrast

Result with GTK 3.24.18: GTK_3.24.18_Tab_contrast
