weird behaviour of buttons in dialogs and radii
I don't know if this is a GTK issue or even a bug - could somehow be intentional.
## Steps to reproduce Empty trash, win Klondike, close a document without saving in LibreOffice
## Current behavior
Some dialog buttons (empty trash, in this example Klondike and LibreOffice) show weird behaviour in the hover state (when cursor is above the button;see screenshots and clips). In LibreOffice the button shows a radius in the hover state (cursor is not shown in the screenshot)
In Klondike the dialog window itself gets bigger when hovering and borders are shown. Also, the Label (text) moves when hovering. I would advise watching the clips in full screen mode.
As a side note.. In Firefox a corner is shown behind the title bar if you set Firefox to CSD (remove title bar in the Firefox settings)
## Expected outcome
No radii or moving labels/text
## Version information gnome 3.36.0 -> some things are updated to 3.36.1 on ArchLinux (gtk3 1:3.24.16-1)
