Affected version
- Nightly flatpak: Can't test it because timeout error from flatpak repository.
- Other: Debian 10 - Gnome shell 3.30.2 - Nautilus 3.30.5
Steps to reproduce
- Open Nautilus
- From sidebar press middle button of mouse on Home item
- Before release the button move cursor out of Home item (Can focus on other items like download, or out of application window)
- release middle button
Current behavior
This will open Home folder in new tab.
Expected behavior
Cancel action or open the last item was focused before release the middle button.
Additional information
The middle click action is open the directory in new tab.
When middle click on sidebar it will work perfect.
But when you press middle click on some item in sidebar and move the cursor to another one, From UI it looks like the process was canceled with moving cursor from selected item to another or out of that item
But when release the button you will see the first item was onclick
action fired on that will open in new tab.
Its not was user is expected. In Android or other touch user interface or in the web (Browsers) it will cause cancel action, But somewhere it will do action on last item has focused before release button.
