Right click doesn't work with stylus button

Steps to reproduce

1. Click using the lower button on the stylus, or use evemu-play (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1716761#c2) on some file.

Reproducible in:

• Other: Fedora 30 (wayland) with nautilus-3.32.1-2.fc30.x86_64, or nautilus master from sources.

Current behavior

The right click menu is not shown, just the file is selected.

Expected behavior

The right-click menu should be shown.

Additional information

It works correctly in the sidebar, or on windows decorations...
