Remove Raleigh theme from GTK+ 3.24
Raleigh was never updated when the CSS model changed from all classes to gadgets and nodes. It's still compiled into GTK+ and an option in the Inspector.
Then, if you try to use it, you pretty much just get a grey rectangle and that's it. It's totally broken. [edit: screenshot:]
Just as a laugh for a couple of evenings, I tried fixing it, but I don't think the results would be worthwhile even if I could file off all the other rough edges, and it's really not a good use of time, so I gave up pretty quickly.
As the theme is useless, and no one can possibly be depending on it in that state, it should just get binned; it's just dead weight in the build files and lib. GTK+ 3.24 seems like a logical, and probably the only place we can do this.
