Remove a (now) misleading comment.

	* gtk/gtkrc.c (gtk_rc_parse_file): Remove a (now) misleading comment.

	* gtk/tmpl/gtkrc.sgml: Update the description of RC file loading
	to match recent code changes. Also document font_name and engine.
