	* tests/testtreeview.c (gtk_tree_model_types_get_type):
	We no longer need to create the signals here ... they
	come from the interface.

	* gtk/maketypes.awk: Use GType, not GtkType in output.

	* gtk/gtktypeutils.h: Mark virtually all of this
	file deprecated.

	* gtk/gtkcontainer.h: Deprecate gtk_container_foreach_full;
	the only use of this function is the GtkArg using
	GtkCallbackMarshal, since destroy notification is
	silly here.
