Low resolution and wrong aspect ratio in RDP connection
I'm using up-to-date GNOME Boxes from Flathub, over up-to-date Arch Linux.
$ LANG=C flatpak --version Flatpak 1.0.2
$ LANG=C flatpak info org.gnome.Boxes Ref: app/org.gnome.Boxes/x86_64/stable ID: org.gnome.Boxes Arch: x86_64 Branch: stable Origin: flathub Collection ID: org.flathub.Stable Date: 2018-10-03 15:03:23 +0000 Subject: mtools: Provide newer config.guess and config.sub (800112be) Commit: d26931e637dc557845a434d53532b692024896cd064cf0d93159db454f2b10cc Parent: 56fe0f498817c7d9760e7ac0124b0e34fc8b9d9c0507651d6f28fa41e05c7dea Location: /var/lib/flatpak/app/org.gnome.Boxes/x86_64/stable/d26931e637dc557845a434d53532b692024896cd064cf0d93159db454f2b10cc Installed size: 486,9 MB Runtime: org.gnome.Platform/x86_64/3.30 Sdk: org.gnome.Sdk/x86_64/3.30
I'm connecting to a Win10 desktop through RDP, but the remote screen resolution is too low (1024x768) and the aspect ratio does not match my display (1600x900). I cannot see a way to configure the resolution, but I imagine the ideal situation would be for Boxes to pick the native resolution of the client.
Is this a known limitation or am I missing something? Please, let me know if I can provide any more info and thanks for your efforts!
