Tag a proper release?

According to c4acfd49, the latest version should be 0.2.0, however there is no tag for it; the only tag is for a "v3.37.1", which is 3 years old (ref), and in the meson.build file at that point in time the version is set to "0.1.0". Is there a reason for the version ambiguity? Could a more up-to-date release be officially tagged?

(For some background - I'm mostly speaking from a distro packaging perspective; https://repology.org/project/gtk-frdp/versions should illustrate my point.)
