Fix link to "More extensions" in extensions-preferences.ui

Currently if you click on "More extensions..." in Preferences -> Extensions, you will end up on this page in GNOME wiki https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/gthumb/extensions (This page does not exist yet. You can create a new empty page, or use one of the page templates. ). The correct link is https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Gthumb/extensions
