This is a takeover of !53 (closed) with a more detailed commit message.
Add an entry for configuring the acceleration profile for touchpad devices. This is intended to be mapped to the libinput acceleration profile configuration API.
Used by mutter!2426 (merged) and gnome-tweaks!94.
