Code requires that long double works.  Otherwise it will produce
wrong results.

Code was technically right, but gcc unhappy.

Text exporters generally can export any subset of sheets whereas true
spreadsheet formats generally do all or nothing.

Introduce an identifier filter so we handle the Goc prefix better.
