Add additional fundamental test.

Necessary as there is currently no Regress function to test whether functions can accept fundamental parameters.

See gjs#353 (closed) for use case.

I wasn't sure if I was supposed to update the checked-in Regress GIR and documentation (or what the process was to do so) so any guidance would be appreciated.
