	* configure.in : extend the test for perl

	* src/sheet-control-gui.c (cb_collect_objects_to_commit) : set the
	  anchor of objects that are not rubber banded directly.
	* src/gnumeric-pane.c (cb_clear_indirect_rubber_bands) : Merge into
	  cb_collect_objects_to_commit.
