	* src/stf-parse.c (stf_parse_options_fixed_autodiscover): Handle
	line terminators correctly.
	(stf_parse_get_longest_row_width): Ditto.
	(stf_parse_general): Properly skip line endings.
	(stf_parse_lines): Add parse option argument and use standard line
	ending parsing.  All callers changed.
