	  Edit -> Fill
	* src/workbook-control-gui.c : ditto.

	* src/xml-io.c (xml_read_cell_copy) : handle content with and without
	  the 'Content' node.
	(xml_read_cell) : do the version checks before the strcmps.

	* gnumeric.xsd : Add MergedRegions, do not require the Cell's Content node.
