	* src/eval.c: comment and const mending.
	(handle_cell_range_deps): prune no inter-sheet singletons code,
	it is a sluggish anachronism. (handle_cell_single_dep): setup
	the correct sheet to enter data into.

	* src/eval.h: expunge redundant commenting, re-order,
	const kill.
