	  the selection.
	(sheet_region_unmerge) : set the flag here.
	(sheet_region_merge) : and here.

	* src/commands.c (cmd_unmerge_cells) : implement.
	(cmd_unmerge_cells_destroy) : ditto.
	(cmd_unmerge_cells_redo) : ditto.
