	signal.
	(workbook_do_destroy): Do not enable widgets to be focused.

	* src/cell.c (cell_content_changed): Calls workbook_cell_changed.
	This is for Paolo and his speech system for GNOME.

	* configure.in: New bonobo detection code and support for not
	compiling Bonobo support even if it is present on the system

- Add boundary checking for copy/autofill
- Correct handling of cut/paste relative references.

There are still problems with insert/del row/col and references to the
moved region.

	(do_setup_main_dialog): Hide non working widgets.
