	* new/functions.xml: This appears to already be XMLized.  No changes needed.

	* new/autosave.xml: Made XMLized.  I had to make id=autosave be id=usage-autosave because autosave appears to already exist.  I will fix this at a later date.

	* new/gnumeric.xml: Enabled autosave.xml
	Enabled functions.xml
