	* src/fn-misc.c (gnumeric_error): Fixed usage of errors with the
	non-broken setup.

	* src/expr.c (error_message_set): Rewrote the error message logic
	to be clean and clear.  Simplified and followed the Gnumeric
	coding conventions.
