Redesign the main layout

Weather is a highly exposed core app due to the shell integration. It is a shame the current incarnation has some severe deficiencies:

• Layout doesn't work well on large screens
• Layout doesn't particularly work well on small screens either
• Rather than the initial design of using location aware photographic backgrounds, the fallback backdrops aren't particularly appealing and sometimes make the presented data hard to read.
