Fix bug 734118.  Edit note for readability and add sentence:
"The banner message cannot be read from an external file."

Fix bug 694565 to update "cisco" to "Cisco" in the vpn example based on
Kat's feedback in comment 9.

This is done using the following command:
sed -i 's/ its:translate="no"//g' $(git grep "email its:translate"|sed 's/: .*//')
