prepare Usage for GTK4

Markus Göllnitz requested to merge camelCaseNick/gnome-usage:camelCaseNick/prepare-gtk4 into master

Some changes can be made to Usage without touching function, behaviour, look, and UI from a user standpoint. Those however can pave the way for Usage to use GTK4 and libadwaita in the future by abolishing deprecated GTK widgets, properties, methods etc.
