This makes sense for the checkboxes on the below items (Documents, Music, etc.) since they're used to mark an item for deletion, and cause a bar to appear on the bottom of the screen:

However, selecting the checkboxes next to "Used" and "Available" seems to have no effect:

I change them this way
`nano ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs`
and comment for example:

to make changes permanent across logout:
`echo "enabled=false" > ~/.config/user-dirs.conf`
Logout and see that in Nautilus sidebar 'Videos' link dissapear
Launch gnome-usage and choose Storage tab - it crashes
