Tweaks app shouldn't exist!
A separate app, with frequently used settings, shouldn't exist really! All important settings should be baked right into the Control Center for discoverability.
- Most distros (including Ubuntu and Fedora) don't ship with tweaks app by default, making discovering that one important setting harder. It has lead many of my friends to believe that setting like "turning off animations", "battery percentage", etc. don't exist on GNOME!
- Even if they did ship is by default, the user is left confused as to where does which setting belong.
From a UX point of view, it really does not help the user to discover frequently used settings easily.
