Correct app-id

Bilal Elmoussaoui requested to merge bilelmoussaoui/gnome-tweaks:patch-1 into master

Currently, the app-id used on the desktop file, the icon name, the appdata file is org.gnome.tweaks instead of org.gnome.Tweaks.

This will allow us to move the Flatpak of GNOME Tweaks a bit further, at least to have nightlies for easier tests and contributions to Tweaks.
