Install for all users option

Description
At the moment, if I install a theme it goes in my .themes directory, this means that when I use root applications, or other users on the computer cannot use the newly installed theme. I could copy it to the /usr/share/themes directory i know.
However, having a simple checkbox during the theme installation process wheere the user can choose to install the theme for all users could allow the user to do this without having to copy and paste the theme folder in nautilus or on the command line etc.
If the user does choose to install the theme for all users they could be presented with a root password dialog if they are currently not logged in as root.
