Gnome Tweaks 46.beta not saving new font selection

I'm running Fedora Silverblue 40 (40.20240323.n.0).

When I change my fonts, Tweaks shows my new selection, but the fonts do not change. If I close and reopen the app, it reverts back to Cantarell.

I'm not the only one experiencing this issue, I have seen one other person experiencing it (also on Fedora 40): #455 (comment 2055586)

I haven't tested Gnome Tweaks 46.0, but I did not see any commits mentioning this font issue. Changing the fonts from Dconf Editor works.
