"Reset to Default" crashes on F40 because of missing User-Theme

"Reset to Default" crashes on F40, possibly only on my system. I seemingly don't have user-themes installed which is the issue, but this should probably be caught somewhere and not lead to a crash. I have tweaks installed via flatpak.
