main window size is bigger than displays with v-resolution of 600px

Description

On Behalf of Romano Giannetti,

I understand this is a minor issue, but I think it's still useful to report it.

The new look (gnome 3.10) of gnome-tweak-tool is great, but it is non-resizable (why?) and it is too tall for my notebook, which has a vertical resolution of 600 pixels. You can still access the hidden part with the alt+left click trick, but you have to know it...

Make the window resizable and remembering the size would solve the problem.
