Show mouse pointer key should be configurable

Submitted by Hendrik Maryns

Link to original bug (#719661)

Description

I had the option ‘Show mouse pointer’ on in Gnome Tweak Tools. It makes editing a Google spreadsheet in Firefox faulty, see this bug:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=944996

Pipelight misbehaved as well.

It would be good to have an option to use another key for that, one seldomly used like F6.

(I have no idea about the component etc., this is just a wild guess.)
